Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning?

You can request a booking through our online form on the Contact page, by calling 561-888-9673, or by emailing info@theblockcleaning.com. We typically confirm within 2 business hours.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 3–5 days in advance for first-time cleans, especially during busy season. That said, we frequently have same-week openings — just give us a call.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Absolutely. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. You'll have a direct line to management who can adjust things on the spot.

Pricing & Payment

How does pricing work?

We offer transparent flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home, the level of service, and any add-ons. You'll get a firm quote before we ever set foot in your home — no surprises.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely by card. Choose to pay in full at booking, or place a 50% deposit and pay the remaining balance once the work is completed. We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Do you charge extra for eco-friendly products?

Never. Eco-friendly is our standard, not an upcharge. Everyone deserves a clean home and a clean planet.

Our Service

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Many of our clients give us a key, code, or smart-lock access. Whatever you're most comfortable with — we'll work around your schedule.

How long does a typical clean take?

A recurring clean of a 2 bd / 2 ba home is usually 2–3 hours. Deep cleans typically take 4–6 hours, and move-in/out cleans 6–8 hours. We'll give you an estimate when you book.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll send a wellness agent right back, free of charge. That's our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.

Products & Safety

What products do you use?

We use trusted, professional-grade brands on every job to make sure you get a consistent, high-quality result. Eco-friendly, plant-based products are available on request — biodegradable, free of harsh fumes, and safe for kids, pets, and indoor air. Brands we love include Branch Basics, ECOS, and Method. For tougher jobs (heavy grease, mildew, deep stains), we may use trusted commercial brands as needed to get the result you want. Have allergies or sensitivities? Let us know and we'll customize the kit for your home.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — every product, vacuum, mop, and microfiber cloth we need. You don't have to provide a thing. If you prefer we use specific products you have, just let us know.

Are your products safe for pets?

Our eco-friendly, plant-based products are non-toxic and pet-safe — many of our team members are pet owners themselves and treat your animals like their own. When a job calls for a commercial brand, please follow the directions and safety warnings printed on each product's label, as ventilation, dwell time, and pet/child precautions vary by manufacturer.

Trust & Insurance

Are you insured?

Fully. The Block Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance for every member of our team. Documentation available on request. Accidents are rare, but if something is damaged during a clean, please report any event or incident and we will make it right.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. Every team member undergoes a background check before stepping into a client's home. We also verify identity and references.
