When you contact us or request a booking, we collect your name, email, phone, address, and any details you share about your home and cleaning preferences. When you pay, our payment processor handles your card data — we never see or store it.
To provide cleaning services, schedule appointments, communicate about your bookings, send invoices and receipts, and (occasionally) let you know about new services or promotions. You can opt out of marketing emails any time.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. Period.
The only third parties who see your information are vendors that help us run the business: our scheduling software, our payment processor, and our email provider. They're contractually required to protect your data.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@theblockcleaning.com. We respond within 30 days.
Our website uses minimal cookies for analytics and functionality. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
